Tomas Nygren has audio recorded some of the lectures at the PixelVÄRK festival, including mine!
Gondouin presented a variety of exiting projects. Most notably was his notion in a dance perfomance setup that the interaction with the dancer made all the effort to use advanced motion-tracking methods less successful compared to using an ordinary midi-control device, since using the midi-contoller maintained the direct contact between the performers.

Neu im Reigen der Unterstützer ist SAP, deren CYNETart-Preis an Bertrand Gondouin, Jakob Munkberg und Kristofer Sundén Ringnér aus Göteborg für ihr audiovisuelles Projekt "Grains & Pixels" vergeben wurde. Komplex, aber ohne vorgefertigte "Samples" ermöglicht es eine interaktive, multimediale Performance, ohne auf bestimmte Software festgelegt zu sein.

Dresden (dpa) Die Sieger im Internationalen Wettbewerb für computergestützte Kunst - CYNETart in Dresden - stehen fest. Der mit 10 000 Euro dotierte Förderpreis geht an den Berliner Markus Kison für seine Installation «Roermond-Ecke-Schönhauser», wie die Trans- Media-Akademie Hellerau am Donnerstag mitteilte. Das Preisgeld stiftet das sächsische Kunst- und Wissenschaftsministerium. Kison übertrug Videoaufnahmen mehrerer Orte auf geometrische Formen.
