Tiden går fort när man har roligt. Vi har hunnit fylla 10 år och onsdagen den 3 december firar vi med ett seminarium på dagen och en stor fest på kvällen. Kom och fira med oss, anmäl dig här!

Seminariet äger rum 13.00-15.30 i IVAs lokaler på Grev Turegatan 16, Wallenbergssalen. Vi bjuder på drinkar och tilltugg. Program finns här.

Kl 20:00 slår vi upp portarna till ett spektakulärt party. Det blir audiovisuell underhållning i eskalerande tempo, det blir tårta, det blir dryck, det blir kul. Ta med dig dansskorna och planera för sen hemkomst. Festen hålls i Enskilda Galleriet, nedanför det berömda Allmänna Galleriet 925 vid Fridhemsplan (Kronobergsgatan 37).

Welcome to the Interactive Institute's 10 year anniversary!

Time passes quickly while having fun. We are already 10 years old, and on Wednesday December 3rd we will celebrate with a seminar and a big party. Come join us!

The seminar will be held 13.00-15.30 at IVA, Grev Turegatan 16, Wallenbergssalen. There will also be drinks and snacks.

At 20:00 we open the gates to a spectacular party. There will be audio-visual entertainment in an escalating tempo, there will be cake, there will be drinks, it will be fun. Bring your dancing shoes and expect to get home late. The party will be held at Enskilda Galleriet, below the famous Allmänna Galleriet 925, Fridhemsplan (Kronobergsgatan 37).

The idea of fringe is to provide a meeting point for participants of the local new media art scene in Stockholm.

Fringe events always contain a number of presentations - by the fringe people, to the fringe people. Sometimes these are just regular presentations, but sometimes installations, performances, happenings, dance, screenings or other formats. There's always something to drink and usually something to eat. Additionally, fringe organizes workshops and other events.

For more than four years fringe has brought together people, many of them from the Interactive Institute Play Studio and the Art and Technology department at Chalmers in Gothenburg. Many of their members have now moved to Stockholm and decided to bring the fringe with them and connect it to the already existing local media scene.

The Stockholm Fringe is supported by the Interactive Institute and will also attempt to function as a platform to distribute knowledge in the form of workshops and the like.

För fjärde gången är det dags att avgöra vilken bar i Sverige som är bäst på musik. 13 av landets bösta klubbar intar dj-båset och det är Du som avgör vem som är bäst.

Blipp-blopp-festival at Lava

I'm Video Jockeying at Lava for the Blipp-blopp-festival!

I will play my 3D graphitti software (wiimote) with the 8bits scrachs of CrazyQ and the Gameboy deconstructed melodies of Nitro2k01, sunday, 28th of october - 16h30 to 20h00.

About the Blipp-blopp-festival:

Den 27 och 28 oktober anordnar Microdisko i samarbete med Lava och OXO Unlimited en tvådagarsfestival för chipmusik, breakcore och circuitbending.

Helgen kommer både att innehålla live-framträdanden och workshops där du själv får pröva på att skapa chipmusik och breakcore, samt att själv circuitbenda leksaker.

Varje workshop kommer bestå av en intrduktion i ämnet och en chans att pröva på själv.
